The right to erasure – You have the right to request that Madai erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that Madai restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to Madai’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to data portability – You have the right to request that Madai transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Madai ltd takes reasonable security measures to protect your personal information to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please be aware, however, that despite our efforts, no security measures are impenetrable. If you use a password on our Sites, you are responsible for keeping it confidential. At Madai, we extend the right to delete your data to all users, regardless of a country or region’s regulation.
Once your account has been deleted you will no longer be able to use the deleted data to create or to verify a new madai account.
